Verandering voormelding truck bezoeken HPD2/ Change in Truck Pre Announcement HPD2

Sinds 28-04-2026 is er een wijziging live gegaan voor Delta 2: voor alle truckbezoeken moet nu een geldig bedrijfsnaam en EAN‑nummer bekend zijn.

Wanneer het bedrijf dat de voormelding doet en/of het bedrijf dat als executing charter wordt opgegeven niet bestaat in het Delta‑2 systeem, dan wordt de voormelding automatisch geweigerd.

In dat geval moet de voormelder en/of de executing charter zich bij ons melden. Zoals ook in de foutmelding staat, kunnen zij contact opnemen op onderstaand email adres met de volgende gegevens:

Since 28‑04‑2026, a new change has been implemented at Delta 2: a valid company name and a valid EAN number are now required for all truck visits.

If the company submitting the pre‑announcement and/or the company listed as the executing charter does not exist in the Delta 2 system, the pre‑announcement will be automatically rejected.

In such cases, the pre‑announcer and/or the executing charter must contact us. As indicated in the error message, they can reach out to the e‑mail address below and provide the following information:
